We would like to find exceptional Technical Artists of all levels to add to our expanding team.

Maya, Python and Unreal Engine are the key bits, ideally with a character focus. The more strengths that you have, the more we will love you.

We work with a number of superb clients on some great projects. As a Digi Monster we will need you to be a flexible character and a self starter who is able to communicate well directly with our clients if needed.

We are based in and around Leamington Spa UK (30 minutes drive from Birmingham, and a 90 minute train journey from central London). Due to Covid we are working from home so this role is also home based. It would be ideal if you can be on site with us when normal life returns, but not a deal breaker. 

The length of the contract is up for negotiation as is the salary depending on your skills and experience. In addition to your CV, you must provide a showreel, portfolio or work samples to go any further.


Rigging and technical animation

Xsens Motion capture setup and supervision

Help design, create and maintain technical pipelines, tools and scripts

Proactively help to define best practices using industry benchmarks

Input into naming conventions, technical budgets and restrictions

Drive the post-mortem process and spot where improvements can be made

Proactive R&D champion for potential new techniques and improvements

Setup and manage automated Unreal Engine pipelines



Positive, enthusiastic and outgoing personality

2+ Years working in character art teams or equivalent industry positions

Excellent knowledge of modern game engines and real-time art techniques

Technical Expertise with Maya

Python scripting experience in a studio environment

Character rigging in a production environment

Export and tools pipeline, seamlessly integrating different DCC Tools

Excellent knowledge of Unreal Engine and Unity

Full body and facial motion capture shoot experience, ideally Xsens.

Good knowledge of render setup, pipelines and render management

Self motivated with excellent organisational abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Experience in creating particle and visual FX for games or film

Experience creating and maintaining Shaders

Good knowledge of Nuke or similar compositing software

C#, .net, PHP, C++, or other coding skills

In Depth knowledge of Unreal Blueprints

Houdini in a production setting

Digital Photogrammetry experience

Virtual Production experience

Good 3D modelling skills
