MIKE
RUTTER
Mike is good at seeing the bigger picture. Forming, working with and structuring big teams to achieve lovely things by setting high standards in a relaxed and constructive way
Mike has been in directorial and leadership positions for over a decade. Before co-founding The Digi Monsters he was the Studio Art Manager with FreeStyleGames | Activision for 8 years, a fixture of the studio leadership team and overseeing the Art Studio from the original DJ Hero through to Guitar Hero Live.
As an artist, Mike cut his teeth with over a decade at Codemasters and enjoys being all round generalist with experience in most areas of games and digital image production, enjoying the technical as much as the creative challenges.

DAVID
MOULDER
David has almost 15 years experience in the games & film industries working on almost all aspects of art creation and in many genres from 1st and 3rd person shooters through to Guitar Hero Live.
David has a truly broad skillset, he is flexible and enthusictic about all aspects of Game Production whether sketching, modelling, rigging, animating or through to developing art tools, scripting and automated pipelines.
David already has experience of the COD pipeline having parachuted into Beachhead to write a new automated character pipeline conversion from COD to Unity. He is a powerful asset to have and has proven able to produce huge time saves like this again and again during the production process.

PIERS
COE
Delivers fantastic artwork at high speed. With over 15 years experience as a 3D artist & designer for the likes of Sony & Activision, Piers’ experience & knowledge-base is broad, and he’s able to make everything related to 3D look easy. Piers has worked on big AAA franchises such as Call Of Duty, Guitar Hero & Motorstorm, as well as within small concept, marketing artwork, and R&D teams.
With a wide range of skills & experience across genres & styles, Piers can turn his hand to almost anything and is quick to adopt new pipelines & procedures. His design-led creativity is especially beneficial in the development of 3D concepts and for prototyping & ideation.
From designing & modelling vehicles, environments & props, to working with lighting & particle systems, through to Unity development, shader networks & next-gen texturing pipelines, Piers’ breadth of knowledge is key to our work.

ADAM
CONWAY
Adam thrives on generating new & unique ideas to create fun, engaging worlds and experiences. As well as offering clients creative & artistic direction for their projects, Adam’s focus is Concept Art, Character design and Visualisation.
With over 10 years’ experience in the games industry and many years as a traditional artist before that, Adam has covered the entire 3D pipeline making him a crossover expert.
Since co-founding The Digi Monsters, Adam has directed artists on several projects, ranging from creating realistic human characters and clothing for Blade Runner Revelations, to creating playfully stylised dragons for mobile AR experiences.
With a keen eye for detail, Adam can work with clients to refine their art-style and steer the art direction, ensuring that everything is produced to the highest of standards.
